Integrated busbar connections and FPC sensing for a 1P12S NMC module

The LYTH 1P12S 58Ah CCS assembly is designed for the corresponding 12-series battery module layout. It brings together an insulating carrier, aluminum busbars, output terminals and an FPC sensing circuit in one module-level assembly. The FPC provides cell-voltage collection and an NTC temperature-sensing circuit for connection to the battery management system.

Unlike a standalone FPC, this CCS assembly also defines the busbar arrangement and mechanical connection between its components. Its interfaces must be matched to the specified cell and module layout before installation.

Integrated connection and sensing
Busbars and output terminals provide the module’s electrical connection structure, while the FPC routes voltage and temperature signals.

Insulated assembly structure
A thermoformed insulating carrier supports the busbar and FPC arrangement. The drawing defines insulation requirements between relevant conductive parts and circuits.

Defined joining and inspection requirements
The design specifies requirements for welded connections, heat-staked parts, circuit continuity and electrical insulation.

Built for a specific module layout
This CCS is a reference design for the 1P12S 58Ah module. It should not be treated as interchangeable with other 1P12S modules without checking the cell terminals, mounting points and sensing interface.

These figures are drawing-specified test conditions, not the CCS operating-voltage rating. The −40°C to 125°C range applies to the CCS component, not the complete battery module.
