LYTH Energy has successfully shipped 864 sets of 2P7S 105Ah LiFePO₄ (LFP) battery modules to Kazakhstan, marking another solid step in the company’s expansion across the Central Asian energy market.
Each 2P7S module consists of 14 premium-grade LFP cells (105Ah each) arranged in a 2-parallel × 7-series configuration, delivering a nominal voltage of 22.4V and energy capacity of 4.7kWh per module. The design provides excellent thermal stability, high discharge efficiency, and robust cycle performance — making it ideal for electric vehicles (EVs), commercial battery systems, and energy storage solutions (ESS) operating under demanding conditions.

All modules are produced under strict quality management and automated assembly processes at LYTH’s advanced manufacturing base in Luoyang, China. Each step — from cell matching, laser welding, and FPC connection, to BMS integration, insulation testing, and final inspection — is executed to ensure consistency, safety, and long service life.

Beyond standardized models, LYTH Energy also provides full customization services, including voltage configuration, housing structure, communication protocol, and thermal management design. This flexibility allows LYTH to tailor lithium power systems for various industries such as electric transportation, industrial energy storage, telecom backup, and renewable integration.

This shipment demonstrates LYTH Energy’s growing capability to deliver large-scale, high-quality battery module solutions for global partners, supporting Kazakhstan’s clean energy transformation and the broader goal of sustainable electrification.
