4S2P Custom lithium battery modules for NMC battery pack

The lithium battery module in the picture is our customized NMC battery module for our customer. Each module consists of 8 battery cells, 4S2P. Welding between battery cells with laser welding machine.

This customer had previously purchased battery cells from us and assembled his own battery pack after receiving them. This time the customer wanted us to make the battery cells into the battery module in order to improve the assembly efficiency. In this way, after the customer receives the battery modules, he only needs to connect the battery modules according to his needs and finally add the battery management system.

We designed the solution according to the customer’s requirements and data, and determined the final solution after repeated communication and discussion. The module is now completed and sent out.
