Restraining Force:To ensure optimal interfacial contact and long cycle life, a mandatory restraining force of at least2000Nmust be applied during pack assembly.
Lebensdauer:Provides≥500 cycles (80% Kapazitätserhaltung) at room temperature when maintained under 1000-3000N of clamping force.
Charging Restriction:The absolute charging temperature range is0°C < T ≤ 55°C. Charging at or below 0°C is strictly prohibited.
Voltage Protection:The standard discharge cut-off voltage is 2.5V. The BMS must prevent the cell voltage from dropping below1.5V.to avoid permanent internal damage.
