LYTH has developed a compact 51.2V 67Ah LiFePO4 battery pack for industrial equipment and customized power-system projects. With 3.43kWh of rated energy, an IP56 enclosure, CAN communication, Bluetooth monitoring, and configurable BMS options, the pack gives equipment manufacturers a practical platform that can be adapted to different electrical and integration requirements.
A Compact Power Solution for Industrial Integration
Industrial equipment manufacturers often need more than a fixed, off-the-shelf battery. The pack must match the available installation space, required operating current, communication system, protection strategy, and service environment. LYTH’s 51.2V 67Ah battery pack was developed around these integration needs.
The tested configuration combines 16 prismatic LiFePO4 cells to provide a nominal voltage of 51.2V, a rated capacity of 67Ah, and 3430.4Wh of energy. Its finished enclosure measures 441 × 256 × 200mm, while the tested sample weighs approximately 29.418kg. Two top-mounted handles support practical handling during installation and maintenance.
The IP56-rated enclosure helps protect the battery against dust ingress and water jets, making it suitable for equipment that may operate in demanding industrial environments. The compact rectangular structure also allows engineers to plan installation space and mounting arrangements more efficiently.
CAN Communication, Bluetooth Monitoring, and Customizable BMS
For system-level integration, the battery pack supports CAN communication, enabling data exchange with vehicle controllers, industrial equipment, chargers, and other external control systems. Bluetooth connectivity provides an additional option for convenient battery-status monitoring during commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
The BMS configuration is not limited to one fixed design. Protection thresholds, functional requirements, communication definitions, and other BMS settings can be specified according to the customer’s project. The maximum discharge current can also be customized to match the equipment’s load profile.
In the configuration submitted for testing, the battery pack has a maximum charge voltage of 58.4V, a standard charge current of 33.5A, and a maximum continuous charge current of 67A. The reported standard discharge current is 20.1A, while the tested maximum continuous discharge current is 80.4A.
Final current capability depends on the selected cells, BMS, connectors, cables, thermal conditions, and project requirements.

UN38.3 Transport-Safety Testing
The submitted 51.2V 67Ah battery pack samples were tested according to the United Nations Manual of Tests and Criteria, Revision 8, Section 38.3.
The samples passed all eight listed test categories:
- Altitude simulation
- Thermal testing
- Vibration
- Shock
- External short circuit
- Crush
- Overcharge
- Forced discharge
The qualified result is recorded in UN38.3 Test Report No. NTT26360020B01-1, issued on August 27, 2026. The report applies to the submitted sample configuration. Documentation and the final technical specification should be confirmed for each production project.
