This substantial shipment is destined for a major renewable energy infrastructure project in Romania, reinforcing LYTH’s position as a premier gateway for Tier-1 battery technology in the Eastern European market.

Unrivaled Large-Scale Delivery Capabilities:
Handling 8,000 ~70A—equivalent to multiple shipping containers—requires a sophisticated operational framework. LYTH’s manufacturing and logistics center demonstrated its full capability during this project:
Massive-Scale Batch Matching: To ensure system longevity, our technical team performed automated batch sorting. 8,000 cells were grouped into high-consistency clusters based on voltage and internal resistance deviation of less than $\pm 3mV$.
Industrial-Grade Packaging Architecture: To mitigate the risks of a long-haul journey to Romania, we utilized double-reinforced palletization. Each pallet is protected by industrial-strength edge guards, anti-moisture vacuum barriers, and shock-absorbing layers, ensuring the cells arrive in factory-fresh condition.
Complex Logistics Coordination: Our export team managed the end-to-end documentation for this Class 9 Dangerous Goods shipment, ensuring full compliance with both maritime regulations and Romanian customs requirements.
