The Complexity of 1P12S Manufacturing: Producing 600 units of the 1P12S configuration (12 cells in series) requires more than just assembly; it requires extreme consistency. To ensure the longevity and safety of the Finnish project, LYTH utilized its state-of-the-art automated production lines:

• Precision Laser Welding: Each 1P12S module features custom-engineered busbars, secured via high-precision laser welding to minimize internal resistance and ensure robust connections capable of withstanding the rigors of industrial use.

• Automated Cell Matching: Utilizing AI-driven grading systems, every 147Ah cell was matched within a ultra-tight tolerance of voltage and internal resistance. This ensures that across all 600 modules, energy balance is maintained, preventing premature system degradation.

• Integrated BMS Ready Design: The modules were manufactured with pre-installed sensing harnesses, allowing the Finnish integrators to seamlessly connect their Battery Management Systems (Boutique M8) for real-time monitoring.
