Introduction: Alors que la transition mondiale vers les énergies renouvelables s’accélère, la demande de haute capacité, les modules de batterie fiables ont atteint un niveau record. Cette semaine, LYTH a franchi une étape importante en matière de fabrication en achevant la production et l'expédition de 600 unités de phosphate de fer lithium 1P12S 147Ah (LFP) modules. Cette commande importante, destined for a large-scale energy storage project in Finlande, serves as a powerful testament to LYTH’s industrial scale and manufacturing precision.

The Complexity of 1P12S Manufacturing: Producing 600 units of the 1P12S configuration (12 cells in series) requires more than just assembly; it requires extreme consistency. To ensure the longevity and safety of the Finnish project, LYTH utilized its state-of-the-art automated production lines:

Precision Laser Welding: Each 1P12S module features custom-engineered busbars, secured via high-precision laser welding to minimize internal resistance and ensure robust connections capable of withstanding the rigors of industrial use.
Automated Cell Matching: Utilizing AI-driven grading systems, every 147Ah cell was matched within a ultra-tight tolerance of voltage and internal resistance. This ensures that across all 600 modules, energy balance is maintained, preventing premature system degradation.
Integrated BMS Ready Design: The modules were manufactured with pre-installed sensing harnesses, allowing the Finnish integrators to seamlessly connect their Battery Management Systems (Boutique M8) for real-time monitoring.
