Silicone rubber heating film is designed for battery module heating applications that require flexibility, electrical insulation, and reliable dielectric strength. It uses B-stage silicone rubber and a resistive heating element to provide a compact, adhesive-backed heating structure.


The heater is bonded to the bottom of the battery module and transfers heat to the cells through thermal conduction. This supports battery startup and stable operation in low-temperature environments.
