As industrial electrification and energy storage applications continue expanding, standardized lithium battery modules are becoming increasingly important for system integration and long-term operational reliability.

The D160F100-2P7S LiFePO4 battery module is designed based on CALB 100Ah prismatic LFP cells and adopts a 2P7S structural configuration. The module provides a nominal voltage of 22.4V and a total capacity of 200Ah, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial power applications.

Compared with traditional battery pack assembly methods, modular lithium battery solutions offer several advantages:
• Easier system integration
• Improved structural consistency
• Simplified maintenance and replacement
• Better scalability for customized battery systems
The use of LiFePO4 chemistry also provides important benefits such as:
• Higher thermal stability
• Longer cycle life
• Improved operational safety
• Stable power output under industrial operating conditions

The module is commonly applied in AGV systems, robotics, automated equipment, energy storage systems, and electric industrial vehicles where stable and reliable power supply is required.
In addition, the module supports NTC sensor integration for real-time temperature monitoring, helping improve battery system safety and operational management.
At LYTH, we continue focusing on customized lithium battery module and PACK manufacturing solutions for global B2B customers across mobility and ESS sectors.
