1.Appearance Model
Most of the lithium iron phosphate battery cells of EVE are blue aluminum case. Currently there are many battery cells on the market are blue aluminum case, now let’s look at the difference between them and EVE cells from the appearance.
The picture is one of the hottest selling cells of EVE: LF105,3.2V 105Ah lifepo4 battery cell. As you can see from the picture, his upper cover plate is white, the black terminal is positive, the gray terminal is negative, positive and negative with screw holes, you can use screws and busbars to connect. In the middle of the positive and negative poles is a round blue explosion-proof hole, and next to the positive pole is the battery QR code. The positive and negative terminals of the battery cells have a protective cover respectively, with the red cover on the positive terminal and the black cover on the negative terminal, with EVE printed on the cover. This cover is also unique to the EVE battery, which can be clearly distinguished from other battery cells. EVE’s battery cells are basically the same in appearance except for the 280ah, its upper cover is black.

As shown in the picture, EVE’s cells are usually packed in cartons, 16 cells in a carton (6 cells in a carton for 280ah capacity cells), and each cell is fixed and separated by a paper card. For large volume shipments, we usually use carton plus pallet packaging with a finished product shipment report.

LF280K is an energy storage core product for expanding overseas market, especially for North American grid level application market. The UL9540A test report is obtained, which helps to develop North American and other international energy storage market.
